What better way to find out how you are changing lives, providing an invaluable service whatever the case might be then from your own customers. And better yet in their own words.You might be surprised by their responses, and in some cases could lead to favorable testimonials you can reuse.

3. Guest Writers
Have you considered accepting guest articles on your blog from industry heavy weights that could further your credibility in your industry. Sometimes this can lead to multi-part articles that will keep your readers coming back for more content.

4. Your Websites Search History
What are visitors to your website searching for? You are recording these keywords right? Tracking search engine keywords and what people search for once your site. Could be invaluable to finding new ideas for communicating.

5. Blog Comments
Reading and responding to your reader’s comments right on your blog could stir a conversation. And even lead to recap or summary posts. Comments from readers can also give you insight into what kind of informational content your readers are most passionate about.
