When it comes to getting noticed the most important thing to emphasize is the value to the end consumer. As far as reliability goes it probably depends on price, if it is an item that can be cheaply replaced then reliability is not that important for example. Speed and price could be combined together as well. For example, a discounted price if redeemed before the end of the month.
